Not to be silly or crass, but the cup that comes with the strap is pretty small. They didn't give me an option for cup size, but since it is called "Men's" and not "Junior" or "Boy's" it should be quite a bit bigger. I'm not even very well endowed and it is too small for me. "Manlier" men should definitely look elsewhere for protection of the family jewels.
