The “sail dagger” shares the aesthetics of our seventeenth-century swords. Designed to accompany them, it has the length recommended by Francisco Lorenz de Rada in his 1705 treatise “Experience of the Sword”. It inspired by Rada’s designs and other historical models, maintaining proportions, measurements and weight as close to the originals as possible without losing the practical function and security.
