HEMA mask with integrated hard shell overlay. Certified to Level 2 of the EN13567 protective gear standard - the highest level and accepted in all tournaments.
Easy to put on and take off, this mask is the same weight (just over 2 kg) as a standard mask plus leather overlay, with enhanced impact protection.
- 1600N Bib (Perforation resistance standard)
- High resistance grill (Level 2 EN13567 certification - CRITT France)
- High impact resistance plastic hard-shell
- Additional Inner padding (removable)
- Back strap is the new (2018) FIE standard - more secure, comfortable and stable.
- Note that the inner lining on this mask is not removable
- Note that the mesh is black, not silver.
Sizing : If you prefer a snug fit on your mask, take one size down from your usual mask size. The snugness of the fit can be fine tuned by either removing the inner padding, or replacing it with thinner or thicker padding foam.

This helmet is a beast, it really has superb build quality and I feel very safe using it. I haven't used it in the summer yet, but I guess it could get a bit toasty inside (still worth it for the great protection though).
